Quick questions on eyesight/lightness after attempt

The other night I was attempting to project and even though I didn't fully project I will still say it was a successful attempt for me because I was feeling new things and seeing new things and I feel like I am learning so there is no failure here.  This attempt lasted about 50 minutes and I was listening to some tones.  After this attempt however I felt like I had blurry/ non focused vision for hours like it was hard for me to focus at certain times and I also felt extremely light. You know that feeling if you have lifted some weights or practice swinging with 2 bats and then you stop how quick and light you feel? It felt like that mixed in with being slightly weak. Is this normal? Why would I have blurry-ish vision?   Thanks as always in advance for all responses

 A number of times when I return from a Phasing session I continue to have a vibration feeling between my brows (3rd eye) area. I also notice that my vision has expanded. Through noticing, you will find that your perifial vision becomes much better in the physical.
