Strange astral experience

I usually try to write down any any strange dreams I remember or any astral experiences I have. I was going through my notebook where I write it all down and came across one of my first astral related  experiences that I almost forgot about. It was not a conscious experience....I was just trying to fall asleep.

It started when I was having this dream that had some characters from the show Battlestar Galactica which I was watching at the time (yes I love that show). In the dream I was the character Gaius Baltar and I was talking to a Cylon. All of a sudden the Cylon whispered in my ear "You are projecting". The very second after I heard that I woke up. At this point I wanted to get a cup of water. As I got out of bed I noticed that my body felt heavy and sluggish. I slowly made my way to the kitchen and saw one of my housemates sitting in a chair in the kitchen. I told him that I think I just astral projected. At that moment I woke up once again. This time I just lay there on my side in my bed. I started to ear a very creepy noise that is best described as a child laughing....kind of like you would hear in a horror movie. After the creepy laughing stopped I saw the outline of a figure directly in my face. I could see no features but I could tell the figure was staring right at me. At this point I finally got myself to actually wake up.

This was by far the strangest dream/astral experience I have had. I'm not sure if the whole thing was a dream or parts of it was astral related. Either way I found it interesting enough to share.

Cool... Very interesting.... I had an experience similar the other night... I was projecting and I floated Nader my bed and could feel the carpet and taste it, then I "woke up" and started to roll over n bed but was having a hard time moving the covers, I remember trying to move them and they wouldn't budge then a hand grabbed my arm and terrified me, then I snapped back awake on my side again confused to as if I was awake or not... It's crazy how confusing and disorienting astral/dreams can be...

It was pretty scary, although, it was the laughing that scared me more than the person (thing) starting at me. Sent shivers down my spine.
I haven't had any creepy experiences since then though. That was also at the beginning of my experimenting in AP so I still had the "fear" factor, I have since been in control of any fear of AP.

Glad to hear.

I still havent projected (  ) so I dont exactly know the feeling of fearing AP,but I still think its nice that you dont fear it.
