Tutorial dream.

I asked for assistance before going to sleep and this is what I got..

This morning's dream.. I was dimly conscious within it, but I can only describe it as a "How It Feels To Exit Your Body By Rolling Out" tutorial.

Exited at least twice after first time opening my "eyes" out of confusion, because within dream upon exiting all I saw was darkness. Was immediately "reset". Had help from unseen Guides within the dream, pushing me out.

Fun!

Have to say I woke up rather amused, and feel like giggling when I think about it.
Got a "but you already know how to do this.." feeling of gentle amusement from the Guides in the dream too.
