Every Saturday it seems that these 4th density grays like to stop by and pay me a visit. This guy has been telling me things that literally blew my mind!  I'll try to type what I can but I might miss our a few things!

The creation of 'intelligent' life starts out as female or [1] and after a few trillion years of evolution it then flips to male

• . The female is concerned with creating life and the male with protecting life. But what do you do when there is no life to protect? You go out and learn!

Knowledge is the next step and then you begin to learn about energy and space and time. You begin to find that an entire universe is a second and a second is an eternity.

Stars, galaxies, and universes...!

If you'll notice above there is a little 'o' in the second paragraph. The gray told me that this a point where the 3rd and 4th density levels meet. I thought it was a typo at first and tried fixing it for about 5 minutes while he sat there laughing!

It's probably nothing... 

He also explained a bunch of other things to me, we were talking for about 2 hours last night. We talked about visiting other planets with intelligent life that are less advanced than earth (there are many of by the way! ). He showed me a thing or two with regard to my martial arts training and energy body development, how to put more power (energy) into my punches and energy attacks. Some beings are powerful enough to tap into the power of the center of galaxies to raise there energy level. And others are powerful enough to tap into the energy of several trillion galaxies! 

He then talked about the advanced races / beings in the universe. Humans are the most energetically evolved race, reptilians are physically the strongest and the grays (not all of them) evolved from humans after trillions of years. He described that the grays that he represents are the guardians of this universe. I guess they just fly around in UFOs and visit with other lifeforms throughout the cosmos.

He also said that very soon he and may others will be visible in our density level. When the 3rd merges with the 4th (any year now). It will take practice though with your pineal / third eye to see these beings still and many people won't be able to see them. Children and astral travelers will be the first to see these funny looking guys.

And zareste he did teach me a thing or two about time but not 'time travel'. When I was with him time slowed down considerably. We would talk for 20 minutes and it seemed as though a minute had passed. I learned more in those two hours than I ever thought I could learn in a lifetime.

Kurt, I'd like to meet with the Grays but I'm afraid they'll give me quite a shock.    Any hints on how I can find them while I'm out-of-body?

Yea, look around for flying saucers when you astral project. I always try to approach them but they usually fly away! 

But if you think that they would give you quite a shock than you're probably not ready to meet them yet.

Oho! Now that's useful. People do tend to think all off-world life is highly superior and psychic and whatnot, don't they? It never crosses their mind how many less-developed species there are. Some of our genetic cousins haven't come any further than the cave men.

Humans really stood out during the Atlantean era. I've read that we could do things naturally that other humanoids needed machines to do. For example we had some of the first naturally-flying humans in the galaxy.

Say, if you could bring up Atlantis during one of these exchanges, it could be immensely useful to us. (and, heck, useful to the crystal experiments)

But wow, 2 hours of info must have truly been mind-blowing. I've gotten bits information in two seconds that would take hours to write out. That must have been fun

With enough practice, levitation, telekinesis and eventually flying are all possible. Yet he spoke of using such abilities privately, as not to make others jealous (kind of like a Jedi). Only show one person at a time, perhaps a small demonstration of telekinesis (or in self defense) and he said to only fly at night or in desolate locations!  

He also talked about the energy that we tap into when raising our energy is not actually 'ours' but is there for everyone to 'borrow'. When you raise your energy body to a high level you are tapping into the energy of the planet / galaxy and the people that are loving, selfless and caring will have access high levels of energy. The heart chakra is able to store the most because it is in the center of the 7 chakras. It is also the source of loving light energy which will always dominate over evil and hate (the lower three chakras).

He gave me some kind of telepathic visual download of several of the encounters he has had to primitive human worlds (including earth long ago). He landed with his ship near a small village. Then he would go up to the farmer and display a 3D holographic star map and point to the stars. The villager would get excited and say that he never knew what those light in the sky were. Then the gray would explain to him that they are people just like you. The man would then get excited and run off to tell the others, at which point the gray would hop back on his ship and take off. By the time the other villagers get back to the spot the gray would be gone and nobody would believe the farmer!

This caught up my attention, so if we are the most energetically evolved race, that means that what we're missing (well at least most of the people on earth) is to evolve consciously or gain control over it?

That's for sure. It can be pretty difficult to evolve with all of these crazy religions and governments holding people back.

Also the collective unconscious and energy that pulls us, I guess it's quite hard going the other way round with so many interceptions, like technology, not like the one you have to help you evolve but for example TV which fills us with unnecessary information that is in some way holding us back.

TV, video games, school, work, family... Who has the time to evolve?

exactly! I wish I could win the lottery so my parents would stop pushing me to live over money (It's sad it's necessary) but well sometimes I've come to a point that I want to go as a missionary just to get detached of the material things, but yet I am not religious and I wouldn't feel right about it, guess I'll have to find another way
