Hello I am new to these forums and Astral experiences. I woke up from my sleep around 2am and as my body fell asleep I kept my mind awake and tried to practice the rope technique. I got the vibrations and vibration noise in my ears, but this only lasted for around 5 seconds then both disappeared . How can I keep this for longer or when is it time to exit the body?

Hi thanks, do you exit as in actually try to sit up or imagine your astral body sitting in , sorry for questions. I got to this stage previous and it was strange I could see a small square like a tv in the darkness which was my bedroom and myself on my bed viewed from above. It inly stayed for a short time then I woke up  undecided

Unless you in sleep paralysis you shouldn't physically try to get up. With vibrations you  have to imagine yourself out, floating over your body, roll out or the rope technique, either of these you could do imaginatively.

Sounds like a return.   Parapsychologists think it is an increased sensitivity to body sounds such as blood moving through. I don't think this is the case. I'm a bit hard of hearing which means my sensitivity would be decreasing and yet they've increased as I've gotten older. I program them to signal certian things. You can make the vibrations happen before OBE but you don't have to.

I have that sensation programed to occur when I'm on psychically and when there is an incoming message when channeling. ( subconscious signal to open the channels)

I would practice what you are interested in. I don't think you are interested in experiencing vibrations. If you focus on that particular sensation thats about all you'll get.

Sometimes doing a technique does not work.    Next time just stay relaxed and try not to think of anything.    Your mind has to be very relaxed otherwise it will not work.    If you are successful you will likely ap instantly somewhere.
