Wanted to share this experience

This was weird, usually takes me 10-20mins to get out of my body but this day it came in 20 seconds, and with background noise to the extreme

It was about 2pm i was in bed after having a lay night and i could hear my parents dow nstairs talking loudly and my dad walking up the stairs, i turned my head to the right and my head felt like i got into that state of trance when i do before i have an OBE, when i felt this pressure kind of go in my head my sound went super sonic i could hear very well and clear and i could hear my mum's voice from downstairs and what seemed like to repeat itself, and i could also hear my dad's

Then i started to hear someone whispering next to my ear, was like a "Psh psh psh psh" sound, very fast and felt like someone was trying to get my attention, I felt my body then move to the left as if someone was trying to pull me out. I kind of had a vision of myself(or my identical twin's) presence next to my bed laying down next to me and whispering in my ear, i tried turning my head but i couldn't and in that moment my Dad walked in and started complaining how i sleep till so late, and i remember looking to the side thinking someone was there then looking at him in shock not knowing what was going on

Anyone have some insight into this? I could feel the presence and it felt like it was me or my identical twin brother

I also remember after that being on the computer and in the corner of my eye seeing a head pop out of my brother's closed door and it looked like he was looking left and right then dissapeared, could it have bene him projecting unconsciously? (He was in his room sleeping)
