Sounds like you might have OBEs and have not learned to download the memmory. Look in Robert Bruces book it covers it. I have had similar experiences myself. It also could sound like your etheric body loosening also covered.

I just want to no whats happening

every once and a while ill wake up and feel like i just fell from somewhere and landed on my bed

the other day at school i finished my test early and decided to tkae a little rest. i wasnt really sleeping but my eyes were closed and next to my arm blocking off all light. i was kinda looking out into nothing and i saw this like swirling hole thing and i felt like i was getting sucked into it then i saw it throw me back out and i felt like i just got hit by something and knocked backed kinda of like the waking up thing then all of i sudden i had this feeling the lights got turned off and i looked up and they were on and i couldnt figure out waht happened i think i went into a trance of something
