Why cant i get out

Every time i a.p. i am in my house and i can move anywhere through my house but i can't get out. I always try to go through the window and have complete confidence in it working but something always stops me. I want to go explore outside and not always be stuck in my house. Can someone help. Any suggestions?

You're probably just subconsciously limiting yourself to that particular area.
KNOW that you're free to go and do just about whatever you want. 

Place your intent to do such and you'll be free.

maybe try using affirmations while your out. those seem to be pretty powerful when directing intention... something like: in the name of the I am that I am, I free myself from this house and will freely explorer the astral realm. (or something like that) good luck!

That's a good idea, i will have to try that on my next a.p. i hope it works, i want to go explore!
