I've read about people going to the moon, and other planets, though I haven't actually been myself while APing, never was able to stay out long enough.

Though, my question is, why do people limit themselves to planets in our solar system? Has anybody been to other galaxies, and landed one some of the other billions of earth like planets out there? Surely traveling at the speed of instantaneous thought, why would you limit yourself?

I know people have been to Mars, but has anybody been UNDER mars, as in, inside the planet? These are the things I am curious about. What's the fun is just transporting yourself to the surface of some planet? Why not explore its terrain? Other planets in other galaxies? Etc?

I thought this thread had already been asked... or thought it was an old thread... Here are some relevant answers to your question.

I saw a couple of threads like that, but not those yet, thanks for the links.

I'm also curious though if anyone has experienced anything interesting as of recent.

I visted the moons of Saturn awhile back. tongue

I can only speak from my personal experiences... But honestly it's hard to travel to other planets. And without an in depth knowledge of astronomy I don't know how one would target a planet out of the solar system. To be honest how many can you name and do you have any idea what they look like or where they are?

That being said when you instantly travel you run the risk of traveling in time, or merging into an astral thoughtform (or in other words a parallel dimension), missing your target entirely, etc. The most reliable way is via RTZ flying to the place. And if you try to go out of our solar system there are big bad guardians, I think even Robert Monroe and Crowley reported similar things.

Not to say it's not possible but rather difficult. You need someone who can OBE into the RTZ. Then you need to have someone who can fly in the RTZ without getting freaked out (harder than it sounds). Then you need someone who can launch themselves into outerspace without losing the projection (extremely difficult as you are hammered with various energy or what Monroe might call m-band noise?) Anyway, if you can maintain yourself out of Earth's atmosphere things get easier... If you then find Mars and say "Okay I want to go under mars!" Well... that in itself is a problem. Anytime you try to go through something you risk projection destabilization. Going through miles of rock.... I've never tried anything bigger than a door or a wall... Anyway, you'd need to be crazy projector to do this. I'm not sure one this good exists... Maybe, probably, but idk.

To try to get across how difficult this is... Can you imagine your physical body suddenly levitating 10 feet / 3 meters above the ground? Wouldn't that be a bit... freaky? Personally I'm afraid of heights, so that might be my problem. But if you physically shot up into the air all the way into the clouds... well... heart attack anyone? Now imagine being pounded by the most intense energy (stronger than the exit vibrations) as you went higher and higher. Keep in mind you have to stay calm this entire time or you'll lose the projection. Then out into outer space. And by the way if you go too fast you most likely will phase out of the RTZ entirely. Anyway, what I'm trying to say is it feels as real as real life, not just a dream.

I don't really feel fear, or fear death, or fear anything that I can think of. I have had a number of experiences in my life most people would consider terrifying including being face to face in the real-world, non-obe, with a grey. As well as several years of meditating experience. I can't really recall the last time I felt any negative emotion what so ever. All of the times I did go out of body and saw creepy entities, I was more fascinated than afraid. Very mentally stable I guess you could say.

Aside from that, flying with thought isn't the only way to travel in the RTZ. You can be creative to any possible length. You are right that instantly transporting yourself can lead you to different time-lines and realities. Though, an alternative to flying in a linear manner is instantly transporting yourself to something you can see.

For instance, say you're on earth, and you can look up and see the moon. Just think yourself directly to the moon as you're looking at it, but not the moon as you know it to exist, but as a physical object that you can see. Travel to the seen location. If you have enough control over your mind you should just be able to instantly move there. This technique is different from closing your eyes and thinking of the moon. By willing yourself to something you can see, you go there without the risk of changing realities/times and without having to travel linearly.

I have traveled through very solid objects before, including directly through the earth, and have found various caves in the Himalayas by probing the walls so to speak. I don't think it is the actual thickness of the material that can destabilize an OBE, as much as the anxiety that might happen when approaching something of colossal size or traveling into solid walls. It could be quit anxiety causing, and that can throw you out. Though, here's where meditation comes in, conquering your fear through mental control.

I don't think many of the planets in this solar system would be hard to get to, so long as you know their general location. Traversing this solar system should not be too difficult, as it's very small(at least when you can travel at unlimited speeds).

There are a number of mental tricks I have learned through meditation, and some through LDing that can be used in assistance in Astral Projection without altering the reality. At very high levels of meditation, some of these 'siddhis' can be manifested in the physical realm. Though practically anyone can utilize them in the astral and RTZ to a practical extent, as we have much more freedom of consciousness there.

I wonder about a lot of the same things you do. But only in this reality. I can want the answer to something so bad in this reality but once I phase it quickly loses it's importance. I haven't forgot about it but my priorities shift as drastically as my focus does.

For example, A few years ago I told one of my skeptical cousins about all this and he laughed about it. I was offended and wanted to prove it to him somehow.  I would project and find him in the RTZ but I could never think of a way to prove anything to him. I finally asked my guide about it and he (he was a she to me then,  it's weird I know) and he showed me how and It lost it's importance to me. My guide also asked me why I wanted to prove it. I realized that I just didn't like being laughed at and my guide laughed me back to bed. The equivalent of an astral wedgie I suppose.

So I think you have answered your own question in a way. After all, you are asking questions about subjects  that are very interesting to you, yet you have not used your own ability to project to answer them. Perhaps you shift to new priorities as well.

Just my own thoughts on the subject.

Much to do about nothing... just say no... I havent been to an alien world.

I've been to lots of alien planets and far away galaxies. I remember making love to alien girls who made avatars of me on their world by slipping a filament of light from the tip of my nose. I've watched alien tv and it was on such another level I had a hard time undertanding it. But the eye candy was amazing. Aliens that look like pink koala bears and plants with briefcases making errands around town. I have seen alien.

There are alien worlds that are completely evolved. They even have astral airports and they guide your astral body into the terminal like you were an airplane. Their civilization exists on all planes... just not physical.

There are alien civilizations that live in astral bubbles. Huge astral bubbles with houses in them. If you have enough karmic currency you can rent one and party with them.

There's so much out there. It's huge...

If I may be so bold to assume you were addressing me. I never said that I haven't been to an alien world. It's all clearly fascinating and relevant to growth.

Taking the time to post and just saying no, I haven't been to an alien world is really worthy of the-- much to do about nothing qualifier. Actually so is acknowledging it with a counter post. So thank you, I realize have some more growing to do obviously.

Again, just my thoughts.

I have never been to an alien world. Ever in person. I have had nonphysical experiences that took place in perceived other realities.

I have perceived that I have been to mars, venus and the moon in what could have been RTZ projections and all I got from them was Bleakness. These may or may not have been what I expected them to be like. I am quite aware of what they look like. I've seen lots of pictures before of the moon, Mars and venus.

I have seen what I assume to be other realities that contain the sort of bizarre things you mention... but never alien worlds. I wouldn't know what an alien world looks like. Wink

"There are alien worlds that are completely evolved. They even have astral airports and they guide your astral body into the terminal like you were an airplane."

Completely evolved? every living organism and entity is completely evolved... and keeps completely evolving until the experiment is up does it not?

I am very sure there are millions of alien worlds, probably right on top of us, in various realms... but I am more concerned with Alien worlds that are at the same frequency as us. The way I rationalize it, there are an infinite number of alien worlds in an infinite number of differing realities are an infinite number of different frequencies.

I'm more concerned locating a reality that is of our frequency, in what we call the RTZ. Just think, if we managed to locate an alien planet, and could bring that information back to our waking lives... knowing the position of such a planet, and being able to calculate it's movement, we could contact them, even if they're light years away. It wouldn't be an easy task, nor would it be fast.

I'm more concerned with taking tangible knowledge from these other realities back here. I've heard of people visiting these other realities and seeing various technologies, and being able to communicate with the beings. If this is so why has nobody tried to bring knowledge back? Tried to bring new technological understanding? I realize technology only goes so far... but if we can't bring anything tangible back to apply to our waking reality here, then visiting some of these alien realities is just as useless as visiting some made up reality in your dream.

The brightest star in the sky, easily found, alpha canis major (the great dog). It is just below orion if in the northern hemisphere.
Anyone up for a 8.6 light year trip?
Sounds good to go...

You may need to pack lunch  cheesy

It's a shame the wonders of space are so apparently difficult to explore in the RTZ,
who needs the astral realms when you could explore that mind numbing mass of
mystical fairy lights hanging over your garden... Majestic to say the least.

I would love to travel in the RTZ around the nearby universe... and maybe eventually the far reaches of it... maybe see how far it goes... fly into some black holes, who knows.

I've spent hours on this site... so mind boggling. http://scaleofuniverse.com/

In all honesty if there's any constellation I'd want to bop-about in it would be the Sirius constellation, since for whatever reason most ancient civilizations seem to be fixated on it.

 Check out this article.

They seem to be getting closer and closer to revealing what they already know to be true. It's all a process though.

Just feed the info in small portions. It's easier to swallow that way!  wink

That's really cool, Lionheart! Cheesy

I would love to fly out into space, check out some planets, but even more so into space.

I've certainly dreamed of places very different from our own planet, so I guess that's not a far step away depending on how you look at it.

Interesting. I've seen the ancient alien episode of how they talk about the Sirius constellation being used as some transport location for the various ancient civilizations. Almost every civilization had some alignment with it....

At first I figured maybe they had some ancient quantum transport technology that we just have lost understanding of...but it never once dawned on me that they may be doing some sort of Astral Projection....man... I just got some inspiration.. inspiration to build something that will somehow align to the sirius constellation. Mmmmm

It's hard not to be attracted to Sirius in the sky, it's so bright.

One day I hoe to see the sky from a location far from ambient light. I like in the desert or something. I want to be able to see the milky way and stare in awe at tons of stars I've never been able to see. I'm sure Sirius will be _really_ bright then!
