Is API a personal location aready established by someone and a place to meet?

Or is the idea, as mentioned in the API thead, that the location will be created by many people thinking concurrently about this place?

I believe it's the latter. It's one thing to create your own personal space, but then how do others enter that space? When was the last successful attempt where at least two people visited the API similtaneously?

Finally got around to watching the 3d animation masterpiece directed by Otomo Katsuhiro, with the very unassuming tile, STEAMBOY.

A retro-future sci-fi visualization of 19th century England with spectacular graphic recreations of Manchester and London..

The point I'm getting to is that the project took 7 years to accomplish.

The API project can easily go on for 20 years.

I think that people who expect to just switch the channel, or click the load button to be instantly entertained will be instantly bored with the effort and just say , "oh, I thought "everyone" forgot about it."

Has anyone here seen documentation of a similar effort?  If so, it might help save trying to reinvent the wheel.

Yes, I would include both the RTZ and Phasing as "sublevels" of the Out of Body state of consciousness.
"Sublevels" is not really a good description but I hope you get my idea here. An example would be the Hypnogogic state of consciousness where "sublevels" include meditation, trance, hypnosis and subliminal autosuggestion (amoung others).
