Idea for API

How bout a system of "Star-gates," and API is star-gate command.

API address:  Earth.

There will be "SG" teams, with a Iris Opener Code,  "IOC"
when a team dials in they will have to enter their teams individual Iris code,
EX: 9589,  when that input is received at API, or star-gate command the SGC will open the Iris, there could be Physical hostile aliens trying to get to API,
and if no IOC is received, API will keep the Iris closed and.........smash, there goes the alien....

This could Proove use-full when you can't "WILL" your self there, in stead go to the moon, and dial the star-gate,  which will have a VARY similar address to API.

Thanks for the idea - but I think we'll stick with the simple Island as it is for the time being.  

We have enough on our plates trying to get to the Island in the first place without remembering all the information you've put forward...

PS  If you can go to the moon, then you can get to API (as long as you remember that's where you want to go).

If I can't will myself there, what makes you think I can will myself to the moon, and remember the iris opening sequence?
