Book Reccomendation: The Multi-Orgasmic Man

This is a recommendation for the book, "The Multi-Orgasmic Man," by Mantak Chia & Douglas Abrams.

I first heard about this book in the forums here, casually mentioned, so when I saw it at B&N I had to pick it up.

The book describes exercises and energy-body work very similar to the energy-body work described in Robert's book, Astral Dynamics.  It's all about the ancient sexual wisdom of the Chinese, and how much of this knowledge has been lost by today's couples.  

It teaches about chi, and how, while aroused, a man can make this energy flow from his genitals, up his spine and into the crown chakra, and then down the front of his body and into his belly-button reservoir.  Not only is this an effective method of raising energy, it has very pleasurable side-effects.  

A recommended book not only for any man who has sex, but any man who has chi (that's all of us) and women could learn a lot about the way a man's body works by reading this book.

There is a section for book recommendations and discussions   but this book is great for energy work.

I must agree that this is a really good book and recommend it to anyone, not just men. I do find some of it not very useful, namely the Million Dollar Point. But maybe that is helpful for some people. I never used it nor saw much use for it but most if not everything else is worth reading and practicing.

I agree with this recommendation - it is great reading for both genders. Women seeking to work with their sexual energy in a similar way might  enjoy 'Cultivating Female Sexuality', also by Mantak Chia. There's more at his site www.universal-tao.com
