I was curious if anyone has read or is reading any books retaining to the nature of OBE's and that topic. Either a book about ones attempts and techniques, or a book more retaining to the science behind it, or the metaphysics of it? All suggestions would be welcome, I'm just finding myself wanting to read and know more and more about anything to do with astral projecting and the non physical.

I just noticed the book recommendation section in the forum haha, I'm sorry for that. Still any suggestions are welcome.

Haha, thanks for moving this, also I checked it out and it looks extremely interesting and stimulating. I already downloaded it to my laptop and phone, I may purchase a hard copy soon, but for now this will do. Thanks for the suggestion

Hi, you want a good book to read? well you just have to read adventures beyond the body by william buhlman. Very easy to read, the best practical advice and his experiences regards astral projection. His simple technique to improve your vision clarity and energy levels while in the state of having an oob are priceless, must read.  cool cool
