El Sueño Lúcido es algo que tiene que ser experimentado de primera mano e individualmente para ser entendido, ya que las palabras carecen de suficiente detalle para describir algunas cosas que no pueden ser descritas con palabras (¿cómo describir con palabras la forma como el amor se Siente? ¿cómo describir con palabras la forma como un paisaje se ve y se siente cuando se observa?), y esto esta es la razón por la cual solamente cuando el soñador se da cuenta de que él/ella está lúcido en un sueño y reconoce su situación como que su cuerpo físico está dormido en cama y que su consciencia (ser/persona) está en algún otro lugar en lo que por simplicidad podría ser llamado el mundo de los sueños, es entonces que él/ella sabrá el cómo es que es esto, no antes.

El libro "Tierra de Esmeralda", No indica metodología alguna respecto a la forma como se logran los Viajes Astrales, sin embargo, sea que su historia sea Real o No, relata un ejemplo de lo que serían unas Magníficas experiencias de Viajes Astrales con Guías correctos y Buenas Personas que Ayuden al Viajero Astral a obtener realmente Experiencias Útiles durante sus visitas a los mundos/reinos/entornos Astrales.
