Astral Dynamics is the best book for begginers I know of. It covers more than any other I've read.

There was a post here recently saying the ebook version is being given away for free now.

I liked this book a lot; Out of body experiences by Robert Peterson. Here is a link to the ebook: http://www.scribd.com/doc/6868466/RobertPetersonOutofBodyExperiences

I don't know if you've read Monroe's books, but they're truly inspirational. It really gets you through the whole experience. It's not an instructional book (well.. it is in some sort of way) but as far as reading material goes, it's the best. For me at least smiley

I'm going through Robert Bruce's Astral Dynamics now, seems like a good follow-up from the Monroe trilogy smiley
