I was reading a book on astral travel and it tells you how to possess people!!! If anybody wants to know the name of the book's authors it was written by yvonne frost and gavin frost.

It's not a novel.And it's called astral travel.And by the way in monroe's second book far journeys monroe meets some people and he for some reason asks about the people sleeping below them and they tell him he can possess their sleeping bodies.

Monroe found himself in someones else's body on more than one occasion.

Yeah... my experiences of being 'in' someone else are interesting because they almost match Monroe's, in terms of the world the person he 'possessed' lives in. Same cars... same building description.

My experiences were a year or so before I read Monroe's.
