some times i have dreams where i know that i am dreaming an i can control them.. or i would make my self wake up cus i dont like that feeling at all.. has any one done that before.. some times i would fly in my dreams too. and when i am getting back in body i am so sacre to fall.. and get hurt.. so i would jump and wake up.
If you're aware that you're dreaming while you're dreaming, that's called a Lucid Dream.
Now, not to confuse you or anything, but I extend that definition slightly... in that if I'm dreaming and I know I'm dreaming AND I have what I call a Waking Awareness (I know who I really am and where I really am and I retain all my waking memories and thoughts), then that is what I call Astral Projecting.
In essence, you don't have to worry about getting hurt.
You can't get hurt.
