hello everyone! well, I have a problem with lucid dreaming. Whenever I realise I'm in a dream, I am two seconds lucid and then I wake up. What bothers me is that some months ago I had no idea of what were LDs and I had a lot and even could wake up, have breakfast, go back to bed and have another one without any problem. Now that I know what they are I barely have one and it ends the moment I become conscious. Is there any trick to continue the dream or it is just a "phase"and it will go back as it was before?

Also, regarding reality tests, in two dreams I did reality tests like flying and touching a solid object but it was like reality, nothing happened so I lost the "lucidity".Was I really lucid or in my dream I looked as if I were lucid but I was not? huh huh

Thanks!! wink

You're probably just bringing your intellect into this now.  You're worrying about too many things at this point.

When you're "lucid", you're lucid... there's no "being lucid but not really".  Smiley
You either know you're dreaming or you don't.  That's the difference between lucid awareness and a dream awareness.

It's just a phase. I used to be the same at first.
