ive found stuff online about dream enhancing crystals (such as chakra crystals) is there anyone who could elaborate on these?? ill take any bit of info to improve my dream abilities and will try to utilize any method or idea im just kinda lost on this. due to lack of explinations on how to use properly and how they are effective or stories of there effectiveness.

i have one and record(try to) on a daily basis ive even recorded three dreams in one night and another three dreams within one dream

You will not believe it, but chocolate is one really good dream-memory increaser. A component of the cocoa has an noticable positive effect. And it lowers not during long term frequent use. 50 till 100 gramm chocolate per day are enough. Bot not the white chocolate. The brown chocolate got the most effect.

Its supposed to be especially for AP. To help you exit, to help APs last longer and to help you remember.
I bought some but then I lost them before I had the chance to see if they worked. I must get some more, I actually saw some astrophilite necklesses the other day.
