I hear good things about galantamine, but like anything else, it has to be approached with caution. (Can't remember what the side effect is, but there is one).

I read on that and choline but melatonin seems best.   No ld 50 they couldn't even kill a rat with it I'd say safe as all get out and it had very good effects with my dreams and sleep patterns with me having ADHD and all that haha my mind is constantly racing it quite hard to focus actually especially trying to sleep

i dont think anything makes ur dreams more lucid but easier for it to become lucid. a side effect is more vivid dreams however and it works wonders. i think it even helps me recall cause the dreams are more refined detailed and just over all better.     i take 9+mg a night and i greatly love the results.

-Melatonin: but it can give you psychotic nightmares
-Valerian: works, but I have heard recently it can be hard on your kidneys.
-Wild Lettuce extract, or dried form
-Galantamine and Choline Bitartrate? I think...it's a specific form of choline.
-5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan)
-Yohimbine
-GABA: taken 4-5 hours before bedtime.
-Calea zacatechichi

Also taking vitamin B6 at some point during the day.  Choline should be taken with a meal...and Galantamine should be taken 2-3 hours AFTER bed. You wake up and take it and then lay back down... or it can keep you awake...or not even work.  I have had the most success with 5-HTP and Choline.

Also very helpful to avoid alcohol.

i hate alcohol so we good but i do enjoy marijuana on a daily basis haha but im probably gonna stop and devote like a week to a month on just dreams in general(research dream history interpritation recall teks all that lo) mostly to see if by me picking up smoking again has ruined my recall cause i use to be able to recall 3 highly detailed dreams in just one night never went lucid(found out my dxm induced dream turned out to be on OBE) but did have a dream and 2 OBE's in school after falling asleep for only 30 min haha
