blis, you do have a point if I think about it. When I was away I did wake up several times during the night coz I wrote down just one word in my dream diary about the dream Id just had so that I could recall it in full in the morning. And since Ive been home Ive slept straight through and as I said Ive not been able to recall any dreams as all. And Ive taken choline bitartrate for the last two nights. I also told my personal trainer (the one who introduced me to AP, LD's etc) about choline but I don't yet know it hes any success with it. Any one else tried it? What results did you have?

Havent tried it but I'll give it a go.

On my last home leave I tried B12 on the reccomendation of omcasey. It did seem to work but it might have been the placebo effect. I'm back home with access to B12 again so I'm about to try it again.

She reports a big difference in lucidity but she's getting it from raw milk which is full of so much other stuff that it could be something else entirely causing it.

- Just checked. Raw milk is full of choline and pasteurised isnt. Going to go to the health shop tommorow and get some choline. I'm a lacto-vegetarian(no meat fish or egg) so I'll be deficient in a lot things. Even if it doesnt aid lucidity my body will probably still be happy for it. I just wish you could buy raw milk here(it's illegal in Scotland).

Hey, guess what, last night I had several dreams and I recalled all but one of them this morning. Wrote them all down in my dream diary and felt good again. One of my dreams was so vivid, very detailed. Now I don't know whether it was the choline tablets (third night of taking them), the bottle of red wine or the knowledge that I didn't have to get up early for work. But whatever it was it worked, not that I propose to drink a bottle of red wine every night that would just be mad. Hopefully I can carry on now!!!

Hi all

Got a question that Im hoping somebody can answer coz I carnt think of any reason. OK, I started my dream journal just over a week ago whist I was on holiday in Scotland (makes no diff that I was in Scotland) and I could remember several dreams and wrote them down in my journal. Im now back at home, back at work and have been unable to recall any dreams. How and why is this?

Cheers

just keep going.  everything waxes and wanes.  keep at it and remain disciplined and dedicated.  it all works out eventually.

i know that sounds like a half-assed response but it's really not.  that's the one thing i've taken away from months and years of trying to improve dream recall.  as long as you just keep trying every day and go to sleep with the intent to remember your dreams, it all comes together eventually.

Tried Choline Bithartrate for the last 2 nights and no joy as of yet, dreams don't seem to be really lucid at the moment but maybe intime. I do recall them no problem and have had many lucid dreamss over the years. Just thinking would taking these tablets have to take time to work as they reportably do?

Blidge - as you know Ive taken them for the last three nights and it was only on the third night that I could remember my dreams. So like I said Id stick with them for the time being. And as for enabling a lucid dream I carnt comment coz I've only had a tiny one and just onece. But good luck anyway, let me know how you go on eh

It's funny you mention broken sleep.
From time to time I'll have nights where I go in and out of sleep and I can't seem to determine where the non-physical ends and the physical begins.  >_<

That just happened to me last night, I would wake up almost every hour and fall back asleep right away and I was extremly confused between physical and non-physical since I visualize a lot of things even if im not dreaming so I was wondering, was it a dream or something I just had fun visualizing.
Anyway one that was a dream for sure is a was on ice skating and was going at an incredible speed towards the board, check down and noticed I had no skates, only shoes, and thought, oh god I'll lose control and right after I fell on the ice and before crashing on the board I think I woke up but very smoothly
