Hello, I am currently exploring dream re-entry.

I have read the methods of Robert Moss but have had little success. I am just wondering if anyone has had success with this and what your methods are?

I'm not sure what dream re-entry is. Is it where you go back into the same dream you just woke from?

Yes, but not necessarily one you have just woken up from, any dream you can recall.

Hi,
I suppose having a recurring dream falls into this category.
With this in mind a general question of has anyone on the pulse had recurring dreams? You may get a hit with this....hopefully.
Interesting though.

I have made some attempts but have no had any success. The conscious OBE still alludes me. I love Robert Moss' books, I own most of them.

I guess it's similar in concept to "Forced Sleep" techniques but I guess it's best described as attuning your perception to the same feelings and perceptions as when you were in that dream. When we are in the dream state, all of this non-physical 'stuff' feels and is so natural and second-nature etc etc.. When we are trying to wrestle with the ability to transition (or phase) to a state of non-physical awareness, it seems all but impossible to get into that "can do anything" frame of mind that comes so readily in the dreamstate.

So I assume this technique attempts to bridge the gap by using a memory of a dream to recall feelings and thoughts that are already in a state of non-physical.
