If this has been asked before sorry but........ last night whilst cleaning my teeth (not relevant) but I thought is it true that eating certain foods ie cheese late at night can give you vivid dreams/nightmares etc? I know one of my friends has had vivid/ld dreams when he's had a few glasses of wine at night. I was always told about eating cheese late at night when I was younger and wondered if it could be true or not?

I just read a book that said to overeat on large fatty cheese dishes and then have seconds right before bed will guarantee an OBE. Let me know how it goes.  wink
