Kurt, I'd rather know what you have discovered about the Reticulan grays (note: not all Zetans are grays), not what other "light beings" have. Wouldn't you, too?

While in meditation I have been spending more time in the light realms. The level of the crown chakra is related to wisdom, knowledge, spiritual connection, consciousness. The Light can apear in any form you choose (even Jesus). However I recommend just a ball of light, as consciousness does not need form to convey information. Form will often skew the meaning or bias the observer. Still the wisdom is present in the Light, and the knowing. If you want to meet your higher Angels or Guides you can also move in that direction. The beings you communicate with on this level radiate truth and knowledge. They share it openly and freely.

The following is what I have learned about the 'grays' from the light beings.

The Zeta's (gray aliens) prime directive is to be curious. They spark off curiosity, sometimes fuelled by fear but, nevertheless, curiosity. Earth is a physical manifestation of a certain energy consciousness and Zeta Riticuli is another. They are the unknown and it is human nature to fear the unknown.

Through our interaction with the Zeta, we are being asked to move beyond our human nature and evolve into something more. They are assisting us in releasing our fears, and you have already agreed to this on a subconscious level. The entire planet has called for these beings to interact with us in a healing and teaching capacity. Part of the agreement is to learn to deal with the alien thought patterns of the Zeta.

To truly understand them, you have to consider all theories and possibilities, and only then can you say that you know the Zeta. I would like to now introduce you to the Zeta.

We live in two separate realities, ours and theirs. The phenomena we label as abductions are necessary but not arbitrary encounters. Through monitoring our fears, it is plainly obvious that we are not ready for a totally conscious encounter with their kind. We still experience their interaction as 'negative' in nature. They penetrate into the level of consciousness that many refer to the dream realm (astral plane and lower density levels).

Could you imagine that in each chakra of your body there is a story waiting to be told and a reality to express itself? In order to be fully conscious multi-dimensionally, each chakra has to translate the energies of the various dimensions. The translations need to be perceivable to the 'I' consciousness. Access to your multi-dimensional selves occurs in the chakras of the body. Each one is a portal to another reality and allows you to have various perspectives.

The one that I communicate with in the light realms is 'my' higher self, my spirit guide and in essence me. This entity made contact with me a while ago claiming to be me from the future. Of course I didn't believe him at the time but I have raised my energy to the highest levels of the light realms and there he is. The talented energy workers from my group have commented that my guidance from this level is very legitimate. While I communicate with him my energy body turns completely white.

As for me personally communicating with the Zetans... I suppose I could give it a shot.

something interesting I found a couple of days ago

I'll try to explain the salient points briefly.

I was having a normal dream where I was at the grocery store. I looked at a display of potato chips, and a black rectangle appeared in the center of my vision. It doubled in size after a second, and then my vision turned entirely black.

The black faded away, directly into the face of a typical x-files style gray alien (big black eyes, giant head). The setting was my parents' old bedroom, in the apartment we had lived in before. There was an alien at the foot of the bed, and another beside it. I lucid dream on occasion, and I was lucid then, and aware that I could control my reality. I was afraid, and I inflated myself like a balloon, and the aliens were surprised, and I kept inflating until I pressed them against the walls. Then the scene was suddenly back at the grocery store, looking at the potato chips display!

I'd shrug this off as an average dream, but the black rectangles set it apart from anything I've ever heard of. It's my understanding that aliens are said to operate on higher frequencies. What happened?

The greys that have no physical body anymore (like having wasted it in ufo wars) and lurking around in the real-time zone are weak and easily combated evidently, not so the ones in their Grey physical bodies with all the technology at their undeserving hands, of course.
Unfortunately many people let themselves be brainwashed into thinking they were here to assist humanity!

It is very clear that they are also allied to the more powerful Reptilians. It is likely tho that these will exterminate the physical Greys' like dropping baggage once they are no longer of any tool-value to them. Many ETs are seeking refuge by taking on human bodies in society.
It's a butt ugly scenario.

Usually people don't let themselves get brainwashed, it just seems to be an unfortunate side effect of our society today.

The book that Stookie pointed out is one of "The Mission of the One Star" is a book I read about 2 weeks ago. The 'One Star' are a group of galactic beings that are here to help the inhabitants of earth. There message seems to be some kind of really long  recorded telepathic message sent to people that are open to the higher light realms.

I have spent some time meditating, trying to contact this group but it's always difficult to tell weather or not they are who they say they are. While reading the book though, certain pages / passages will jump out at me and I seem to be able to open a dialogue with them telepahtically.

This is a channeled book from the grey faction explaining the motivations behind their agenda and why it has happened to certain people (not being chosen at random). It answers a lot of questions to abductees and it is empowering. For whoever reads it I'm sure they will get some benefit for it.
