How long can you stay lucid?

I read "One Taste: The Journals of Ken Wilber" and he claims after years of meditating to be able to stay lucid/conscious nearly all night during his sleep  and that many Tibetan monks are able to do the same.

In all my years of lucid dreaming/OOBEs I've probably not achieved more than 90 minutes during one night (and am not sure I'd want to since being unconscious has it's benefits).

What do you think?

My personal longest is around 40 minutes, I believe.

Tom Campbell's longest was 6 hours, I think he said.
