Ascension Journal Entry 38-  Lucid Dreaming

A few words about what it is like to become lucid in dreams. About waking up out of the personal dreamspace and into the collective reality of creation itself, where we are being met by Galactic friends and family.  *Contains footage I shot of the sky, right outside my window January 10, 2010.

Do you mean that animals can't have dreams too and occupy the dreamscapes?

I watched your video. I found it very interesting. I got into all this myself by an accidental lucid dream about a year ago. Lucid Dreaming has since taken me on a spiritual journey. Reading about chakras, auras, meditation, Reiki, and now astral projection. Today as I was making my bed after a shower I suddenly started seeing little sparkles of light all around me. I couldn't catch one in my hand. At first I thought, huh, I wonder where all these sparkles came from like the sparkles on kids art work. But then they where gone and there was no evidence of them. I'm not sure what I saw but my intuition tells me that it was something more then just my imagination. Have you ever experienced some thing like that? Oh, and after wards when I sat down to dinner with my husband and 1 year old daughter I thought I saw them again and the sparkle (or light) ended up being a nat flying by. Sounds strange I know but I did see something out of the ordinary.

Lately I have also been seeing 'sparkles' of light around as well.

No idea what they are...

Try staring at the black dot in the first exercise for about 30 seconds! Very strange things happening for me, not too sure about anyone else though...

I believe they might be conscious. I have been seeing about one or two every hour for the past week or so. I will be looking at my computer / TV and out of the corner of my eye, or even sometimes 'in' my monitor the sparkle of light will appear for a fraction of a second and then disappear. All of the flashes are usually yellow but I can't be certain. So far I have only seen them one at a time and they always appear in different spots. As I am typing this I have already just seen two of them.

Glad I'm not the only one seeing them...

Yes, to the 'sparkles' question..

I call them adamantine particles, I talk about them too, and teach people how to see them..  They are the tiny points of extremely conscious light that compose the world of form -of what we call 'body'.  Everything we see, even the air, is composed of these little guys.  Here's another short clip- http://www.youtube.com/omcasey1#p/u/19/DN_jcPFMBWQ.

The bright starlights that flash in and out are different, these are not elementals / elemental beings, but rather beings of a higher order.  I see them too.  And more.  My vision began opening out some time ago..

Lily, I am only referring to human consciousness here because that is the order I am of.  I have not yet fully merged into (actual) conscious communication with the animal and plant worlds yet, so I cannot speak for them.  Or in regard to them.  Soon, though, very soon..

Cool stuff omcasey! To be honest I almost wish I didn't see them all the time.

They can be rather distracting.
