So, today I went to sleep at about 11 am (screwed up sleep schedule), and left some music going on. The thing is that I had a dream in which I was doing the stuff that I do everyday, it felt like it was just a normal day. Everytime I wake up I close my eyes immediatly, trying out some techniques, the thing is that the music volume was loud as hell, and when I opened my eyes it went down to normal. I heard somewhere that you can lucid dream or astral project without realising it. Could this be it? Cheesy

Also, I had a strange dream 2 months back in which I was chatting with my father on skype, and after a few seconds I woke up just to see my dad writing me on skype. I'm always on busy so there's no sounds from skype. It made me shed some happy tears for some reason.

It's only a lucid dream if you realize you're dreaming while you're experiencing it.
Otherwise it's just a dream.

Okay, so, I tried again and got something. I was walking around the city and everyone had the same face, every person. Then I suddenly stopped and asked myself "what if I'm AP-ing? then I asked myself again "wait, what if I'm LD-ing? And then I knew that I was in a dream and felt a strange feeling, kept trying to fly but I couldn't do it. And at the end I think I went back to normal dreaming.
