Howdy folks, i can project almost every time i attempt within certain hours of the day but i have a few questions about it. As oppose to the vibrational state prior to projection, i get exploding head syndrome, ull find info on this on wiki but it all leads to the ugly world of science. does anyone else get this, unless you know what exploding head syndrome is i guess it could be percieved as vibes and it certainly isnt painful. also one last thing, whilst im quite successful during an attempt i cannot stay out long for the life of me! i get out my body (rollout tech) jump down my ladder (loft conversion), jump or rather float down the stairs and at this point im either fading and realising it so its back to body or i make it out my front door and onto the frontyard path and start to fade. ive tried jumping through the roof in my room but i bang my head >< any thought folks?

that sound is common.  like a rush of wind or a train going past.

robert bruce says that each astral "plane" has an associated sound and thats the sound of the physical plane, like thunder or something.

i like to think of it as sensory information changing from physical input to nonphysical input and your brain's attempt to adapt.
