By this I mean... I'll switch between two stories that are going on at once. This has been going on for quite a while, now. They usually are as follows:
One dream will put a little bit of stress on me. ex: I'll be at school.
I think this may be a 'processing' dream- it is indexing how you feel about your life, especially at test time. Everyone has those, and they should happen.
The next one will involve something peaceful, beautiful, and calming. ex: Flying a small aircraft over a bright blue tropical lagoon.
And for some reason, I always crash the aircraft, but end up okay, along with everyone else. (For some reason, the people I was on the small aircraft with I did not know - They were just generic human figures, probably put together in my mind as a combination of people I've seen.) (I've had this specific dream about 4 times now.)
I think this possibly indicates that you are afraid of 'the other shoe dropping'. This is also a culturally induced fear that is pretty much universal (I know this sounds contradictory, but if you make me explain it you'll see what I mean. But please don't make me. It's too much writing.)
The aircraft crashes b/c there's something weighing down one of the wings.
I think which wing has to do with what's bothering you. So I'll need more info for that one.
I'm sorry if I've bored you or wasted your time, but I just have the feeling that there's something more to this.

Aargh! Don't do that. We all choose whether to read people's posts or not. So quit apologizing for yourself.
P.s - For some reason, I have the ability to kind of... Pick up where I left off, in my last dream, and make some progress...
Once you explore lucidity, it helps with memory, and this ability becomes more pronounced. So it's actually normal.
It is also normal to lose lucidity when you achieve something, because you then need some subconscious processing and integrating to do, and you can't do much of it while conscious.
Sleep well and rest up.
