Playing guitar

Lately I am trying to learn a new song for my acoustic guitar.Sometimes I get the song really well other times I just suck at it.
It wasn't a lucid dream but I was half-awake.I had the guitar and just started playing the song.I could clearly hear every note, the hand-eye coordination was perfect and the fretboard would slightly glow were I should have had my fingers, the motion was fluid and constant.Everything was perfect and I just felt the song.Usually it's like a battle between me and the instrument but in the dream everything seemed clear and easy.
When I woke up and started playing again nothing changed I just couldn't retain the peace and quietness of my dream.
The musician in me, can I let him express in real life?

I heard my inner thoughts / songs played through my favorite artist "Celldweller". Even though I am a producer, I could have made my own song. He said "The clouds are on their way, but we are here to stay". Don't know what this means.
