Hi everyone!

This is a great idea - using a "lucid dream" wallpaper functions as a reality check. For those who spend a lot of time at the computer (all of us!) this is a great tool to induce lucid dreams.

Here you go - 20 Lucid Dream Wallpapers

combine it with 'reality check' software (http://www.bytered.com/software-realitycheck.html) as an occasional pop up on your computer

This is a good idea. I downloaded the pic of AP Island and loaded it onto my phone then used it as wallpaper.
I dont use a computer only my phone for everything and it puts the image into mind constantly.

The combination of your program Volgerle with the awesome images from Embrace are working quite well right now. I just wish there was a way to adjust the timing of the pop up program. I would like to see it more frequent.

I have already noticed a change in my Lucid Dreams right now. I even catch myself asking "am I Dreaming?" right in the Dream. Before that I would normally just awaken in the Dream, watch it for awhile, until something strange happened that made me question is this real.

I have also been doing visualizations on the Vehram energy points outside my body as I fall asleep.

In the end though, it all comes down to how bad you want it and how much work and effort you put into achieving it!  smiley

Too bad they don't make the pop up program for Mac sad

Also, I can't seem to find the wallpapers. That link just takes me to a page with a bunch of articles about AP and LD.

It's hard to say that I'd rather stay awake when I'm asleep; because my dreams are bursting at the seams.

It seems like his direct link is no longer functioning.

A quick Bing search on "Top 20 Lucid Wallpapers" brought me to this site though, which has some video tutorials on how to LD.

This site here has some great "Am I Dreaming" wallpapers.
