Last night I saw a dream that made me realize that a thing that happened to me when I was really young has since made me unable to fully enjoy certain aspects of life.
In other words: long time ago I was slightly traumatized(?) by something that happened to me back then.
And now I have finally realized that fact and the exact cause of it.
(The whole thing is not something that makes my life bad, but has certainly affected it to some extent.)
Now my question is:
How do I go about starting to get over this thing in order to get unaffected by it? It still takes time, I think, but I believe there is more I can do than just wait and get another dream some 15 years from now
At this point I'm really happy and feel great. It feels like there has been something hidden in me that I've been only dimly aware of so far, but can now see it clearly. Makes me feel kind of lighter.
