Lucid dreaming is knowing that you are dreaming while you are dreaming.

There is a great book you may want to look for called Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge, PhD. and Howard Rheingold.

or if you want it plain and simple it is when your concsious of your dream, like in your dream you say: im dreaming!: but watch out, dont say those words in a dream becaue it could all change or stop. when i went lucid i a dream i was so consious that i knew i was dreaming nd that i wished i could take a book with me while dreaming. it was so real too. i even faught with someon in it and took their leg off. lol
i wasin a super market too lol i was like, after i get something to eat im going to go find my body, i thoght i was AP but i guess not. but anyways when i said i was dreaming whil dreaming, the food i had changed into vegetables and i went to the counter and told the clerk and he gave me a method of changin it back but i forget what he said. but anyways, just remember not to say your dreaming.
