Hello fellow space cadets!!!

I practice meditation and chakra opening meditations daily and more recently i have discovered this method of 3rd eye opening by either starring at your 3rd eye in the mirror and breathe deeply or by using another person to sit 2 feet across from you while you both breathe and stare at each others 3rd eye. One of the problems im facing at this point is keeping my eyes open. I hear of some people that they can keep their eyes open minutes at a time and i cant keep them still for 30 seconds. Basically im wondering if anyone has any tips or suggestions on what type of practices would help with keeping the eyes open comfortably for extended periods of time.

i dunno, squint them so they stay more moist.. make sure the air flow is low,  no fans on, b/c that will dry out your eyes... keep your mind clear, b/c if your mind clear, it's easier to steady your eyes.

if they get dry, don't blink, just roll your eyes 360 degress, so it all gets re-moisturized partially... then continue squinting with a blank mind...

I blink when I do open-eye meditations. I just let it be natural and try not to let it ruin concentration. It's easier than dry eyes.
