If you can't tell your parents my guess is that you don't really believe in ki or else you would have no worry about them judging you.  You are worried you will be made fun of, but if you truely believe it is real then you should not be worried about what people think of you because of it.

First off get really good with something you CAN show off e.g. telekinesis and then when they are ready you can tell them and they will accept it because you will have the skill to prove them wrong.

I advise you however, stray _away_ from most ki websites. Don't ask me why I've told too many people already and I'm sick of saying it again. Just keep away from most of them. There are good websites out there that use the concepts of ki/chi in a "proper" way, not all this bullcrap you find on the net about ki blasts and jing blasts and all that annoying 12 year old junk. An example of a "good" website is www.veritasonline.net.

I would have no trouble telling them if they asked. I just don't see it as being something they need to know. Just like they don't need to know all of the music i listen to, my political views etc. They know i'm into the occult, and if they ask me any questions about any of it i wouldn't mind answering them truthfully. I don't consider it something that needs to be talked about though. Others may, but not i [].
