Chakra Blockages

I have the same problem. I eventually worked out that I was bringing energy up one leg at a time and it was going down the other. I did spend a lot of time working on my legs so perhaps it is just the result of habit. I found the only solution, though I found it increasingly difficult, was to force energy up both legs at once and focus more on the chakras in the rest of my body. Bummer.

If you can't move energy past the sacral chakra then check the solar plexus chakra. Each chakra is fed by the one below it, which is in turn responsible for transmuting the energy to a frequency suitable for the chakra above. if you've got the lower two working and cant get energy moving any further, then check the next one in the chain.

Think of your chakras as a row of meshing gears. they all have to rotate in opposite direction to each other for the energy to pass along.

The best way I know of to check this rotation is to use a crystal pendant. if you lie down, either yourself or preferably someone else should hold a crystal pendant ona string or chain over the area of your chakras. If the root chakra is working well and passing energy on to the sacral, test the root first. The pendant should start rotating in definite circles over an active chakra. see which way the root chakra is rotating and use this as the guideline for the rest.

Test the sacral chakra next, and then the solar plexus. If it is rotating in the rong direction, or the pattern of the pendant shows something more like a flat oval than a circle, thers your problem. Visualising the chakra rotating correctly is all that is needed to cure this. Your thoughts and will can determine the direction your chakras rotate. It's easy fixed, you just need to be able to see where the problem is.

I had the same thing happen with my heart chakra. I got energy working fine in the lower three, but nothing at or past the heart. I checked its rotation and found it moving very weakly in the wrong direction. Once I knew this it was easy to fix, and I quickly felt the energy flowing again.

You could try wearing the stones that represent each chakra.
Rose quartz is for the heart chakra, ect.
A reiki master can straighten out any blockages and
get them spinning at the right speed again. They
could be out of alignment.

I was reading in another thread and someone mentioned that in energy work they could not move energy beyond the groin area. I have this problem as well. I cleanse and balance all my chakras before going through the visualizations moving from the root chakra up to the crown. I can really feel the sensations of energy in my root chakra and sacral chakra. Above that there are no sensations of energy. Does anyone know where this energy blockage is likely occuring and what factors might be contributing to it? Thanks
