About kundalini

Hi Jarrod,

concerning this strange noise in my ear, I am also not sure  what it is. I have been "suffering" from it for ages. When I was a child, before I felt asleep, I had an impression that the walls in my room were emitting this sound:) But now I know that it is in my ear. In my case it is in fact something like a sound of the tv if you can imagine what I mean. (When you turn off the sound the tv gives off this special noise... ).

In my case it also happens randomly, a few times per week. I tend to think that it is connected with tiredness and stress but then why did I have it also when I was a child? Maybe it is energy imbalance, but I think it is also physical. I am sure that some spiritual exercises like the one I made can have physical effects, that is why for example pranayama (yogic breathing) shouldn' t be done without a teacher. But it is true that it disappeared after the qi-gong session, which is a very relaxing exercise full of deep breathing and stretching.

What is strange is that it is difficult to locate this sound - it's as if it is everywhere - in my head and around me... I'm not sure whether it is the same thing that you have, because you're writing that in your case it lasts for a few seconds, in my case it can stay for days. It also gets very strong when I wake up after loosing consciousness (it happened to me twice), so it can be connected with low blood pressure...

I've heard that the noise you hear when you're just listening to the silence is your own thoughts, or has something to do with the nerves in your inner ear.  A noise that's always there but you only notice it when there's nothing else and your attention is drawn to it.  Maybe...I don't know.  What I'm talking about is definitely not that though, and I don't think yours is either because in both of our cases it's something out of the ordinary that comes and goes.

  Kundalini to Western Science : the center of your kundalini is in your perenium, or the base of your spine: the cocyx......... where you feel the center of orgasm. the energy(blood/bioelectricity) that runs through the nerves in your perenium down to your feet has a give/take (electromagnetic) connection with the center of the earth....... not the very center of course......... kundalini is when your connection from your perenium to the earth is in perfect balance and you have immense electric energy coming into you from the earth. the physical sensation of kundalini is perfect circulation in the body with zero blocks. EDIT: btw it's not literally a snake, the snake just represents where the majority of the energy in your spine is, when you have an orgasm it's kinda like electricity shooting through your entire body, get it. that's where the ancients got that myth from....... BAM!#2......... i love my brain

I think a rising kundalini mostly messes up people. I think very few get any real benefits from a raised kundalini. And the Hundis that do this kundalini practice doesn't seem to prove any real gain either.

So the question is, what does the kundalini do, more than mess u up mentally and physically?

is kundalini really that dangerous? i definitely want to raise it sometime in my lifetime.

Ahh.. those "wonderful powers". When R Bruce challenged other psychics to prove they had had kundalini experience, very few, if any at all, showed up.

I've been doubting those "wonderful powers" as very few have been able to show their existence.

So far I've only got headache and nausea.
