you probably went into a trance state and activated your chakras and had some sort of kundalini experience.i have had experiences similar to yours, from the crown down, however i have not had the typical explosion from the root chakra upwards.what i am talking about are a lot more intense than shivers.

hmm I had thought about it maybe being a kundalini-thingie, but I doubt it.

I dunno it feels like becoming some kind of human vibrator there for a second  - it's a shame we can't really compare each other's experiences, because it's such a subjective feeling.

well, I'm gonna keep experimenting!

i think i've gotten what you are talking about a few times before, but i don't know what it is. sorry.

one of the times it happened, i was at church and i forced my body to not move so that no one around me would notice anything happening.   like going from having an active body to having a sleeping body that's vibrating. actually, i got this experience to happen a couple of times when i felt intense dread at something. pretty funny, looking back

Yes yes I'm sorry for the inappropriate Subject line ... but hey, watcha gonna do?

Okay here we go ...

Anyways, this first came up when I had my first lucid dream, I woke up in bed and tried to turn on my light, which didn't work; I realized I was in a dream; I freaked out.
But that's not what this is about.
Still in the dream, I suddenly thought: hey, I could project from this 'environment' (never having projected before): well the result was this hella-cool hard-core vibration suddenly engulfing my whole body. I freaked out again & didn't go anywhere - well, one step at a time.

After that I've had these really intense vibrations only 3 or 4 times. At first they used to freak me out, but now I'm getting used to them and bolder, actually expecting to shoot out of my body.

But I still can't really make out what this .. thing .. I feel ... is suposed to be ...
it usually happens when I'm really relaxed, just waking up from a dream or nap still lying in bed, expecting to fall asleep again. Then suddenly, I notice a weird feeling come up, and very quickly, all hell breaks lose ... its like a motor revving up brrrrrr . then an explosing followed by this shock-wave travelling down my body. I can't pinpoint the source of this wave ... it's just an incredible feeling. It dies down as quickly as it starts; sometimes I get a bit of a floaty feeling, but nothing else .... I can't really describe it since I never felt anything like it before. That seems to be some heavy-duty energy sensation (what for, I cannot say).

Can anybody tell me more??
