Chakra energi help?

hey guys, I have ben into astral projection for about 3 mounths. I read that to project someone need some charkra energi , and to get taht you have to meditate, but im not that in to meditating, so is it possibly to hear beninual beats insted to get that energi ?

um well.....you can do some chakra work wothout meditating....i lost the lonk tho,well when yu try astral projecting put on your headset and listen to some binaural beaths,its cool.but for it to be cool you need to know how to get in the trance state,anyting other ewill be just lame :/ .also for binaural beaths,you MUST use headset.

Your chakras are energy.  You don't need to 'get more' to project, but since chakras are involved in projection (they activate something fierce when the projection reflex happens) chakra work is beneficial.

You don't 'get' that energy, you make it flow better, but meditating clears psychological blocks and gets you to the state that is the best for projection- but that is not the same.
You need to meditate simply to get your brain to the right state (in between asleep while still awake) for projection to happen (and remember it)- binaural beats CDs help you to get to that state and are helpful to teach you to know how a deep trance feels, but eventually you will be able to reach it (and not fall asleep) by yourself.
To stimulate your chakras you can do energy work of various types: There is Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Reiki, Yoga and NEW- NEW is Tactile Visualization.  These disciplines help with projection in many ways, but they are not strictly necessary for it.
