It is the chakra of self empowerment. It is said when the navel chakra or solar plexus is open. you have found your own unique gift that grants you pleasure and fulfillment. As the solar plexus develops it is best to generate a good self image. Your ego. It is associated with the throat. Also the sound associated with it is a-o-m (ahh-oo-mmm) and the note is the note e. I took this test a couple years ago and have been working on myself since. The test indicates improvement, but my navel could use more work. It's nice to see some improvement.
1st Time:

First time tester... Going to do some work on the first 4 chakras I think. I will test again in a few weeks and see if there's any improvement. It will be interesting to see if there is a correlation, my heart tells me there will be, but then my heart is only at 19% (j/k)
