Chakra/Aura Cleaning

im a newbie, im learning how to clean my chakras and auras, 1st of all im abit scared of doing it, is it dangerous?. Also i use my own ways of techniques of cleaning my chakras and my aura, for exmaple using my 2 fingers rubbing each other to clean each chakra. For the aura i use any image and then clean it out like a object.

Do you close the chakras or leave them open? also what about the aura? do u leave it open or closed?

i sometimes feel vibrations in my arms, and hair crawaling, cold tingling on my feet.

Im a newbie again so please...need advice confeidence help. etc
