Chakra's not in the body

   Yes but have you ever had the feeling you were just ready for some thing?  Not that it just sounded like a good idea but that you knew it was the right path?

  Anyhow, after further investigation.

   It seems that although still unable to manipulate these sources by tapping them I have been able to re-awaken my ability to dream.  This is only one possability since I have also been doing other work towards this, but since I started doing the above mentioned I have started dreaming again on what seems to be a regular basis.  We will see if it continues.

Heh... funny this would come up..

I've been doing something for awhile thats relatively similair - I try and view a room from someone elses perspective... I found I cant view a room from a perspective from which noone is standing. Perhaps I somehow tap into them somehow... I'm not claiming that I can see crystal clear things behind me, but I can visualize the room infront of that person if I know what it looks like.

I've also been able to pass energy from hand to hand, hand to feet etc.. perhaps the etheric body is larger than the physical.

if the etheric body is the same thing as that which i call the spirit, ashfo, then i have found that the spirit isn't LARGER, per say, but it isn't solid in it's shape. it can be moved in order to seem like it is somewhere where one might think it shouldn't be, and it can be enlarged, shrunk, and even completely hidden. does anyone here know what i am talking about?

Oh the fun of it all.

I was trying to play/access the energy center above the head and ended up having a lucid dream which turned into a projection.  It was way cool, forgive the expression but I can not describe it any other way.  

I was waiting for my computer to defrag and became some what floaty.  Realizing this as a good op to meditate I laid down.  I started with working the internal energy and then moved out side and was looking for the other centers.  I was able to locae the one above the head and begain pulling energy down from it into me.  I soon fell asleep and was having a lucid.  During which I was getting vibrations and was looking for a place to lay down there as well.  I soon found myself projecting.  It was fun/scary/and really really neato at the same time.

The maniplation of the energy out side may have been the trigger than caused the projection.  I do not kow for certain but will be expirementing with it further a little later.

Its called the alpha omega meditation.

ahh the joy of it all, glad you found it so neato. This is probably my favourite method of OOB, I create a ball of light at the soles of my feet, then the same just above my head. Then I join them up into a big cocoon around me, very safe feeling. Next I start to pump the chi, by breathing out hrough my head, the crown chakra, and keep doing this until I either leave my body or drop into a lucid dream state, or fall into a very very deep sleep.

Keep doing, with practivce it is a safe and foolproof method, but if you start to get spin outs during the day you might have to back off for a while.

Is this what you are talking about?" not quite what i was talking about, but i am sure that that is what ashfo was talking about. as for energy balls, i play around with them, but i can't get them to manifest physically  . oh well. someday soon, hopefully. or not considering my situation with ki    . oh well. "in time, all things heal", right?

Goodday,

I was wondering what others think/ know about the chakra's outside of the body. Since I've been attuned to reikimaster level I've tried out a lot of alternative things and techniques. In one of those techniques I have opened the chakra above my crown chakra and the earth chakra under my feet. Specifically: I attuned myself to energies which did this for me.  The first is for extra reiki connection/ healing energy and the other is for better grounding with the earth and its energies. I know that there are more, but do not know how many.

I'm not really good at sensing specific details yet, but it seems I can use NEW techniques on these two chakra's. Very interesting.

I'm very interested in your opinions!
