Corrupt Chakra

I don't know whether this belongs here or in "Healing" either way I've recently been told my chakra's are straining/corrupt, I've tried cleansing methods however I haven't a clue if they worked. Any suggestions?

first who told you this? do you feel corrupt? i dont now much about this but if i had to say something to help i would say just meditate and bring all the white, blue, purple, green, energy into you and push the rest out..

I wouldn't listen to what other people tell you. If you're really concerned about your chakras, I suggest reading up on them and learn what each one's function is and what they are associated with, maybe study some methods of chakra meditation (not necessarily do them), and then decide if you think this is the problem and the way to solve it.

Some energy imbalances fix themselves by just making simple changes to your life... no chakra work necessary.

Your chakra is fine.  It is the physical body and personality that interfere with the energies from that level, basically.  Anyone can have an interface between their finer and higher energies and their physical body that are not highly developed.

Consider what Cassius says in Julius Ceasare....the fault is not in our stars but in ourselves.
