Crazy event occurred to me (also a question)

Last night I was focusing on my third eye, while sitting in a cross leg meditative position, for about 5 minutes. After a little bit I started to play with my fingers, I was making my thumb and middle finger touch, and rapidly moved to my thumb and first finger touching, to letting go. as soon as I let go a car alarm set off, and at first I thought nothing of it. after a couple of seconds I made a connection and asked myself what if I caused that? So I repeated the finger movements I made and as soon as I released the car alarm shut off.
No one else in the house heard the car alarm. So I know they did not turn the car alarm off, and it sounded like it came from our driveway.

Could this be my energy fluctuating?

lol that reminds me of the episode of Friends where Pheobe thinks she's turning the TV on and of by blinking.

So the noise wasnt real right? No one else could hear it?

The most sensible guess I can make is that it was some sort of message telling you to use that mudra. If letting it go sounds an alarm it could indicate that whatever/whoever the noise came from thinks you should continue doing it.

Thats what I was thinking as well? But it was only after about 5 minutes of focus, so I dismissed that thought.
