distance healing

I was wonder how distance healing works?  I dont know alot about energy healing. some people use their hands when their in person.  how does it  work from afar.  can they heal distant people while their in their body or do they have to project to them?

You put the energy out into the universe and provide it with the proper intent.
It goes to where it's needed based upon that intent.

It works because we are all connected via the earth energy grid...whenever someone sends energy it uses this connection and it goes to the person that is intended to...But be aware...In the Usui Reiki system while you learn the symbol for distant healing,the person that receives the energy must be staying still and not be in the move the time the healing takes place...
