No, they do not seem to be inteliigent at all..  and they do not seem to react to other objects, the only thing they seem to react on is me focusing on them (changing focus on my eyes), which leads me to think there may be some "eye problem" after all.
  My instincts as well as logic reason tell me, either it´s some odd things going on in my eyes (it makes sence from one way of looking on it, but not on another), or there is some basic (life-)energy my eyes are "in sync" with somehow...  would be neat to know for sure to say the least..

Ok, here's what it's MOST LIKELY you're seeing, based on all you've said.

Sometimes an illness, or trauma of some kind, or even some random cellular event, can cause blood to leak into the interior of the eye--or, cells from the inside to slough off and float around.

Dead cells, floating around inside your eye, are not going to be easy for an optician to detect, but YOU will certainly see them--as dots in your field of vision, of course, much larger because they are so very close.  This is not TOO uncommon, I'm surprised no one else has suggested it before.
Does this fit what you're seeing?

your probably starting to see into the ethereal realm
and starting to see energy or maybe your seeing your etheric body.
this has happened to me too I mostly see this energy at night.
ive been meditating to try to open my 3rd eye to see it.
Im trying to open it further so I can see into the astral.
however instead of opening to the etheric you can start seeing dream images called hypnogogic images that would be black and white shapes
I think of it as opening your self outward or inward

Qui-Gon jinn,you described a thing I have seen from child hood also,
my sister & girlfriend as well.The thing I/we describe is like tiny
bubbles/molecules/sparks or little stars winking in & out of existence.You can not see them normally but when you stare at a
blue patch of sky (not into the sun) or focus your eyes like in
one of those 3-D pictures where you stare for a while & a 2-d
picture starts to look 3-d (not talking about 3-d movies).

They dont seem to effect anything but swarm around like microscopic
fireflies that wink in & out of existence.

I too have seen sparks looking at the blue skye.....
Probably some fenomenon caused by the strong light and the
lack of things to focus on..

Winged Wolfie, thx for your input, perhaps you are right, as good a theory as any I reckon´...

 Mobius, when you said they "swarm around like microscopic
fireflies that wink in & out of existence", you hit right on the nail!
 That´s a great way of describing it/them I´d say. So you sister and your gf is seeing them as well, perhaps it is more common than I thought then...  I guess when looking right into something very bright everyone would see some "dots" or "bubbles" (and even then, I wouldn´t think they would swarm around like fireflies), but this isn´t like that, one (or at least this is the case for me) doesn´t need any bright light source to see them.

 Distant Bell, from what you describe it might not be the same thing, that is if you don´t see them always when "trying" (not willing) and don´t need a bright light source such as the sky on a bright day.
It just gets a lil easier to see them when having for example daylight available.
  But hey, it could be the same anyway, I am not an expert on this as you have already realized...  (better to take it in english or I would tinkle the other ones off;)

Hey !
I was out walking with a friend one day.. and all of a sudden he said
- I think I can se the molecules when I look at the sky.. or perhpas there is something wrong with my eyes...

He obviously saw the thing Mobius described.. and many others with him
- including me.

I kind of think that Mobius description is good- but the light dosn´t have to be that strong to se them.

As ALWAYS winged wolfe seems to have the best answer!

How long has it been going on for you Qui-Jinn?  
For me it has been this way as loong as I can remember ( which dosn´t have to be a wery loong time- but in this case I think it is..)

Yea, wolifi is a clever girl perhaps there is something to her theory, but when more and more seem to see this (if it the same everyone see) I doubt all of them have dead cells floating around or any illness, and I don´t think that would cause the firefly bubble effect to be honest...  but as I said - who knows?  I´m no eye specialist in any way.

Felix - I don´t remma howlong I´ve seen them, but it´s been like this for many years...  how many, that I  will leave unsaid..

  I´ve got many thoughts/opinions on this so thx everyone, I´m a lil bit "wiser" now than when I posted my first one I reckon´..  although my I don´t really know what "theory" to place my 2 cents on just yet;)

I have something I want to ask your opinion on.
  I have been able to see for many many years, small pretty much transparent dots/bubbles, all around, they are everywhere.
 I see them more clearly and easier though when for example looking out a window in day light, having the sky as background is ideal.
  They are never still, always moving, when I fix my eyes on some of them they tend to move rather slow (and I can sometimes will them in the direction I desire), and they sometimes are bigger taking different forms than the small bubbles.
Often small elliptical strings.
  When I just look out in "nothingness", not focusing my eyes I see only the bubbles, and now they move incredibly fast, in all directions, it´s a bubble chaos almost!!

  I am not disturbed by this at all, just wondering what it could be, energy or some sort of a very odd eye "problem".
   It is not the sort of dots you get before your eyes when you look  into the sun or any other strong light, this is something completely different and always there present...


    Anyone seeing seeing something like this, or have any idea of what this can be I am seeing??  It would be very interresting to hear your thoughts..
