Energy and the eye

i always had the idea that energy could be real because the eye only detects lightwaves, and maybe energy is a different lightwave that our eyes cant perceive. i can feel the energy when i do some energy exercises, so something has to be there, whether it be magnetism or what not. same as wind you know, cant see wind with the eye, but can see what it affects. any elses idea on this? was pretty interesting experience for me

Energy has been described as the ability to do work.  Einstein proved that energy 'is real' with his equation E=Mc2, a mathematical way to describe the relationship of energy to matter.  Matter and energy are the same thing, manifested differently.  Visible light is only a part of the electromagnetic spectrum, so most light isn't visible: infra red, ultraviolet, and many other frequencies.

Energy excites the sensory system, which is why feeling energy is a great feedback mechanism to know if you're doing it right.  And, it's enjoyable.
