Energy ball

So recently I've been a bit inactive with "all this stuff" since I've traveled across to World to study and get a new experience, but today for some reason I started trying to make an energy ball with my hand for some reason.. Well I sat there for 10-15 minutes until it became very strong and both hands starting pulsating in a perfect rythm very visibly and it felt like there was a very strong energy between the hands keeping them apart but Close. Then all of a sudden I started seing a transparent Shell a bit around where I imagined and felt the energy ball I made!? It looked a bit like heat you can see on the roads in the summer but it was frozen in it's position? So I started filling the ball with hopes and stuff and then let it go.. Any thoughts? Im not really sure what I was doing or what I actually did or didn't do..

"Focused will and intent". You gotta love it! 

 Many times I begin with a simple imagery of a "child's spinning top". I got that idea from Leonardo DiCaprio in the movie Inception. But soon the "spinning top" will morph into something else and I "allow" it to continue and just sit back and observe it. This can actually lead into a full blown projection/shift if you immerse yourself deep enough into it.

 I enjoy making energy balls as well though. That's actually the way I first introduce etheric energy movement to someone that wants to understand more about a shift in consciousness. Energy manipulation is very easy to do.

This is interesting. I am no expert in psyque-energetic phenomenae. My very attempts barely scrath an aluminiun spinning wheel on a toothpick. But I can tell you that I've hasseled myself aware in the astral after watching 2 whole seasons of Naruto Plus its last movie: Naruto The Last. And some weird stuff shows when I try to make Rasengans, i have felt the energy and even thought my hands were going to be sliced but I then remember it's just a show so I dont know whats keeping me from it.
