I've read a couple of the topics on energy work and was wondering if some people are natural at this than others and so they are the only ones that can project or can we all do it without energy work?

Assume that you can do it without energy work. Then if you want to later, go for it, but don't think that you can't without it. You don't want to limit your possibilities.
