So, isn't the point of storage to get new energy? if so, where does this new energy come from, if the technique we use is simply moving awareness up the legs and into the subnavel storage center? All this does is supposed to stimulate the energy circuits right? So where does the energy come from? Do we imagine it, and it comes from there?

Dear Non,

i believe the human body circuit has it's systematic inlet with the feet and outlet with the crown center and that once you stimulate the feet they will begin to pull in a lot of energy from the environment.
Now the energy should flow through the body and into the chakras naturally but the average human has a lot of blockages so by moving awareness some pathways can be cleared.

No.

The point of moving energy or stimulating the storage center is to up(increase) the capacity for storage, to make the storage center more capable of storing energy.  It's sort of like in the body, you have x amount of fat cells, and if you eat too much the fat cells get bigger.  What energy body storage work does is up the capacity for the 'fat cell' to store more fat, so when you need it you can burn it.
It's a gross analogy but it describes it well.

That's been answered already- from everywhere.  We're swimming in a sea of energy and some of it flows in our bodies, the thing is to get it channeled into our bodies and into doing what we want it to do.

That's one tech.  The full body circuit moves it up the legs, up the back, up to your head, down your face, and into your subnavel storage center.  As you visualize and stimulate the energy to go into the subnavel center (lower dantien) you increase the capacity for storage, (i.e. make the bucket bigger, lol).

No, it's supposed to do that and to do what I said above.

We don't imagine it.  We feel it.  As we feel it, our awareness goes to the spot, and energy is activated.  The energy was there already but you were not aware of it.  Now you are.  As you focus your awareness on it, and move it, you get feedback (your nerves respond to the energy movement) and you know it's working.

Also, is there a way to consciously gather and store energy then or is it always supposed to just happen 'automatically, and unconsicously?'

I also dont know how one can intend to do something that they don't even know how they will do, if they've never done it, or don't even know how to intend it because they dont know what it even is they're intending to do.

I've been doing energy work actually for years. I'm still unsure of many things though. I've been able to heal people, and get people to feel things. Usually only works also after I've conserved my sexual energy of course. Though I'm unsure if it's due to my reiki lvl 1 training or NEW Energy Ways. I don't want to use reiki tehcniques because I want to see if I can still heal without reiki training or using the 'reiki energy', so I just use 'intent' and 'feeling'.

Energy work is how you apply consciousness to energy movement and storage.  That's what it's for.

Frankly, I don't understand the rest of your post.  You can breathe without consciously intending it, your heart beats without consciously intending it.  If you do pushups. you may intend to increase your muscle strength, but you are also increasing your circulation, and cell repair, and many other unintended things happen, without you knowing it.  So I'm not sure what the concern is, if there is a concern.  Maybe I'm reading concern and protest where there is not, I'm not sure.

The energy and love that God gives us is infinite,just like us, but you need to know how to use it.
